נרגשים להשיק את מיזם EM Connect:
קהילת וואטסאפ שמחברת אנשי מקצוע מתחום רפואה הדחופה ומכל העולם. מטרת הפלטפורמה היא לייצר חיבורים קלינים ואקדמיים שיאפשרו תרומה וצמיחה הדדית לכל המשתתפים וכמובן תעצים את המקצוע בישראל.
• לקהילה תתי קבוצות על פי תחומים עיקריים ברפואה דחופה.
• לכל תת קבוצה יש שני מנהלים: נציג ישראלי מטעם קהילת האיגוד ונציג זר מקהילת MiluEM.
• בפרטי הקבוצה ישנם כללי התנהגות ואינטראקציה.

*Welcome to EM Connect – an international EM collaboration under the auspices of the Israel Association of Emergency Medicine in partnership with MiluEM.*
*Objective:*
Connecting the Israeli EM community with an international EM network to facilitate bidirectional partnerships and collaborations that will benefit clinical and academic Israeli EM and everyone involved.
*Community Structure:*
1. The 🇮🇱 *EMConnect Community* 🇮🇱 group will serve as a general open forum for dialogue.
2. Subspecialty groups are aimed at building a solid base of experienced and committed subspecialists.
3. Each subspecialty group is led and moderated by a team of Israeli and Diaspora field experts and leaders who will be vetting requests to join their group.
4. Please limit your subspecialty group requests to those areas in which you have meaningful experience, expertise or training that you can offer (ie not based on personal interest alone).
5. In the interest of keeping subgroups lean and efficient, we ask that you limit your subspecialty group involvement to a maximum of 3 subspecialties.
*Community Rules:*
1. The goals of each group can be found in its group description, and group comments/discussions should be focussed on these areas.
2. Each subspecialty group is represented by leadership from both the Israeli and Diaspora emergency medicine communities who report directly to IAEM leadership on all group activities.
3. The group moderator has the authority to limit any discussions that are not directly related to the academic mission of the group.
4. All group members are expected to adhere to both the group’s mission and leadership instructions.
